I’m a functional dietitian gone virtual. My career so far has taken many twists and turns, leading me to my current venture: private practice! Throughout my journey I have identified common problems, gained scientific knowledge, became a life long learner, and worked 1:1 with hundreds of clients and witnessed their transformation firsthand. Now I'm here to use that insight to help you. I'm here to shift the perspective around long term mental and physical health. Nutrition, movement, and lifestyle are major needle movers for energy, stress resilience, productivity, and just living a bigger life.
While practicing, I noticed a common theme with many of my clients: burnout and the struggle to keep their health habits long term. And to me, it makes sense. A mixture of misinformation, health being an uphill battle in our culture, and misplaced worth and priorities will do that to you. But I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be that way.
Curiosity has previously led me to different nutrition related jobs and settings including functional medicine, personal training, psychology/ mental health and the non-profit space. Immersion into these settings and even different geographical locations has shifted my worldview on the state of nutrition and health, which will continue to evolve. Through these experiences, I have come to find out that real lifelong health changes involve feeling seen, actually knowing what is going on in your body, having a zoomed out long-term vision, and real life integration. I’ve developed programming to work through each of these pillars for you to achieve lasting results.
