I’m a Chicago based dietitian gone virtual. My career so far has taken many twists and turns, leading me to my current venture: private practice! Throughout my journey I have identified common problems, gained scientific knowledge, became a life long learner, and worked 1:1 with hundreds of clients and witnessed their transformation firsthand. Now I'm here to use that insight to help you. I'm here to shift the perspective around corporate health. In my opinion, nutrition and health habits can significantly help with energy, stress resilience, productivity, and just living a bigger life.
While practicing, I noticed a common theme with many of my clients: complete burnout, both physically and mentally. And to me, it makes sense. A mixture of misinformation, health being an uphill battle in our culture, and misplaced worth and priorities will do that to ya. But I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be that way.
While working various jobs and now in my virtual practice (which started in quarantine, 2020), I've surrounded myself with functional nutrition education and other thought leaders in the field, which has changed how I approach these problems for the better. I'll always be a learner, which means that my practice will always be evolving. I can confidently say that if I hadn't gained this knowledge and perspective, my health would be getting in the way of me living a good life too. Let's not let that happen for either of us!
