Today we’re breaking away from the traditional salsas and using some of the in season tropical fruits! Each have a perfect combination of tart and spicy. Try with tacos, tortilla chips, or even over a burger.
Watermelon Salsa
Ingredients:
2 cups seedless watermelon, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 jalapeno, diced
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp. olive oil
Himalayan sea salt to taste
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
1 mango, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 jalapeno, diced
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 tbsp. olive oil

Kiwi Salsa
Ingredients:
2 kiwis, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 jalapeno, diced
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 tbsp. olive oil
